My integrative and close approach combines traditional psychotherapy with art therapy, offering personalized support to help you discover your inner strength and achieve lasting well-being.

Psychotherapy is an act of self love and courage

since I was little, I understood The power of kindness and how it can transform lives. My own personal past experiences of anxiety and agoraphobia, linked to the trauma of my father's illness and death, they motivated me to delve into psychology and search for effective treatment methods.

I found in EMDR therapy a path to emotional stability and I decided to specialize in this method to be able to help others from my own experience.. I firmly believe in the importance of understanding and managing our emotions to achieve lasting emotional balance.

My passion for psychology goes beyond theory; focuses on providing a safe and empathetic space where each individual can explore your emotions, overcome your difficulties and find your inner strength.

Integrate techniques art therapy in my practice allows me to offer creative methods for emotional expression, facilitating the therapeutic process.

My professional experience began focused on individual treatment of anxiety and self-esteem in adults, later going through many children and adolescent cases, where I had the opportunity to attend anxiety cases, depression, psychosocial intervention, or ADHD and its management.

Over time I decided to start my own current practice., having trained and focused more on trauma and attachment after noticing that the above did not go deep enough in those more complex cases, where it was needed a more delicate and holistic approach.

At the moment, My plan is to continue training in psychological trauma and related techniques for younger ages and children.
