That experience is what now allows me to support children and adolescents in a <strong>warm, creative and respectful way<\/strong>, offering a safe space where <strong>they can express themselves and creating a <strong>warm and safe space<\/strong> where each child can feel <strong>understood<\/strong>, express what they\u2019re going through, and <strong>move forward at their own Over time, I expanded my work with <strong>adults<\/strong>, specialising in psychological trauma and EMDR therapy. <\/p><p data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"782\">Along the way, I came to see <strong>how important early experiences are,<\/strong> and how many of the difficulties we face in adulthood often have their roots in childhood.<\/p><p data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"782\">This experience
